Our Services

As much as possible, Friends disability service seeks to custom make services to match your needs and interests, ensuring a personalized response that reflects services available in your National Disability Insurance Scheme(NDIS) plan.

Community Care

At Friends Disability Services we offer services through our community nurses and carers who are professional, highly skilled, culturally sensitive and ready to help. Community care services exist to meet your clinical and personal needs so that you can lead an independent and healthy lifestyle. Our services can be provided in your home, your shared living accommodation or out and about in your community by qualified staff accessible on a regular or occasional basis.

A registered nurse is available for your clinical needs and initial consultation and our personal carer’s service is available around the clock.

In-home Care

At Friends we have designed our In-home service to support people to live comfortably and safely by developing and implementing their own vision for independence that can maximize their ability to achieve their individual goals. Some being their chances of getting an education, getting a job, developing relationships, or engaging in a variety of activities and hobbies. Our team can assist you with or supervise in the daily activities of life to enable you to live as independently as possible such as domestic duties or yard maintenance.

Participation In The Community

Our community access and support service helps participants take more control over their own life journey. Whether their personal goals are to grow their social, educational, recreational or employment skills – we can help. Our service also provides participants with links to exciting opportunities to join groups and clubs that align with their interests, to assist in developing important life skills and explore opportunities to participate in the community.
